	Sign up and Backup between Apr 1, 2003 and May 31, 2003 and you are eligible to win a new Gateway 450X Notebook computer.

Promotion Rules:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To enter, navigate to http://www.backup.com/install.html  and complete the registration and installation process. Once the @Backup client is installed, complete a backup. Limit one entry per person per email address. Please note: credit card information is required.  A charge will occur only if the participant becomes a subscriber to @Backup.  Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on May 31, 2003 to be eligible for the drawing. Participants can also enter by sending a hand written letter to: @Backup “Sign up!, Backup!, and Win!”, 10350 Science Center Drive, Suite 156, San Diego, CA 92121. Limit one per person.

SELECTION OF WINNER
The potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winning entry will be drawn at approximately 12:00 PM PDT on June 6th, 2003. Judges’ decisions are final. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail and may be required to sign an affidavit of compliance with these rules, a prize release and a release for the use of his/her name, likeness or voice for publicity purposes by SwapDrive, Inc. without further consideration. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if potential winner fails to claim or accept prize within 14 calendar days of notification, disqualification may result and alternate winner may be selected. Results will be posted to www.backup.com/aboutus_promotions.html on June 7, 2003.

PRIZE AND ODDS
One (1) prize available (Gateway Notebook PC 450X). Odds depend upon number of eligible entries received. Entry distribution estimated at 500,000. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except if prize becomes unavailable for any reason sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. Winner is deemed to be the eligible individual who is the authorized account holder, at the time of entry, of the e-mail address through which the winning entry was submitted. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned.

PARTICIPATION
Promotion begins 12:01 AM PST April 1, 2003 and ends 11:59 PM PDT May 31, 2003 and is open to legal residents of the United States plus D.C., except for residents of the state of Florida. Entrants must also be 18 years of age or older and have an e-mail address. Employees and their immediate families of SwapDrive, Inc., Washington, DC; and their affiliated companies, agencies and anyone involved in this promotions’ production, development or handling are ineligible. Subject to all applicable laws. The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with the prize. Promotion valid only in United States.
