Please Note: You will not need to use the Reinstall feature in the My Account section.

1. Click the "Start Download" button below
2. Select 'Open' in the File Download dialog box
3.  When prompted, enter your Machine ID and password and click 'OK' twice.
4. Follow the instructions in the Online Backup Setup dialog*

* It is strongly suggested to install Online Backup to the default folder.

Step 2: Completing the installation
If you are new to @Backup, follow the instructions in the Getting Started tutorial. 

If you are reinstalling, you will need to refresh the client with the data center. This process will verify your account information and download the backup history database stored at our data center.

1. Click the "Start Download" button below
2. Select 'Open' in the File Download dialog box

The Online Backup engine will run and download the necessary files to complete your installation. After this is complete your backup sets will be available for restore.
