Upgrade @Backup

 

As you work on your PC you are constantly creating new important data files.  This will cause your backup set to grow and you may need to purchase a higher service level.

If you received a message stating that you have exceed your account limit you will need to upgrade or deselect files and folders from your backup set.

To upgrade sign in to your account.  You will need your @Backup Machine ID and password.

To examine your backup set please use the following tips.


How much is selected for backup?

You determine this amount in the @Backup Main Application. 

  1. Double Click the the Tray Icon to launch the main application.

  2. Click the Backup button.

  3.  Read the indicator at the bottom right hand corner of the Window located below the Start backup button.

How can I deselect files and folders?
 
You can remove files and folders from your backup set by removing the check marks.  The indicator at the bottom of the screen will adjust appropriately.

Once the indicator shows you are below your service level your next backup will run successfully.
